INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTIONAND DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF GOVERNORS Resolution No. 696 Amendment of theArticles of Agreement Removal of Lending Limitation RESOLVED: WHEREAS, the Report of the Executive Directors recommended that Article III, Section 3 of the Articles of Agreement of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development(Bank) be amendedas setforth below; and WHEREAS, the Chair of the Board of Governors has requested the Secretary of the BanktobringtheproposaloftheExecutiveDirectorsbeforetheBoardofGovernorstovote onthe followingResolutionwithoutmeeting,pursuanttoSection12ofthe By-Lawsofthe Bank; NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Governors, noting the recommendations and the said Report of the Executive Directors, herebyresolvesas setforth below: Article III, Section 3 of the Articles of Agreement of the Bank shall be amended by Deleted (Adopted onJuly 10,2023)
